Brian sets it himself — the 3D textured feature wall, the true levels, the clean lines that read right from across the room and up close. It's a rare thing for the licensed builder of the home to also be the craftsman laying its tile. Here, it's the standard.

Who We Are

This website belongs to BS Building Co., a custom home building and tile craftsmanship business, with a licensed builder serving communities across Michigan.

The site is built and maintained on Brian's behalf by Opti-Algo, an ABX Group company, which acts as the site operator. If you have any questions about your privacy, you can reach us at [email protected].

What Information We Collect

This is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no online store, and no database collecting information in the background. The only place you can share personal information is the Contact form, and only if you choose to fill it out. That form asks for:

  • Your name
  • An email address or a phone number, so Brian can reply
  • The type of project you have in mind
  • An optional message describing what you're looking for

That's it. We don't collect any information beyond what's listed above.

How the Contact Form Actually Works

When you fill out the Contact form and click Submit, your submission is transmitted securely to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form-processing service. Web3Forms forwards the submission to Brian's business email at [email protected] so he can follow up with you directly. Web3Forms operates its own servers and retains submitted data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which you can review at web3forms.com.

This website itself has no database and does not store your submission — once it is delivered to Brian via Web3Forms, our site has no further copy of it. If you prefer not to use the form, you can always email Brian directly at [email protected].

How We Use Your Information

When you email Brian, he uses the information you provide for one purpose: to respond to you and discuss your potential project. We don't use it for marketing lists, newsletters, or anything you didn't reach out about.

Third-Party Services & Hosting

To load and display properly, this site pulls a few common resources from outside services. Simply by loading the page, your browser contacts these providers, which means they may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser details as part of delivering those files. These providers are:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which serves the typefaces used on the site.
  • jsDelivr and cdnjs, public content delivery networks that serve the open-source animation and gallery libraries the site uses (GSAP, Lenis, and GLightbox).
  • Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to Brian's email. Web3Forms only receives data when you actively submit the Contact form. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com.

These services are operated by their own companies under their own privacy policies, and we'd encourage you to review them if you'd like to understand their practices. We don't control what those providers do with the technical request data they receive.

No Selling or Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Contact-form submissions are forwarded to Brian via Web3Forms solely so he can follow up with you about your project. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers, period.

Cookies & Tracking

This site does not set any cookies of its own. There are no analytics tools, no advertising trackers, and no tracking pixels built into the website. We are not monitoring how you browse or building a profile of your visit. (As noted above, the third-party services that deliver fonts and code libraries may log standard technical request data on their end, but the site itself isn't tracking you.)

Data Retention

This website does not store your submission. Once a contact-form submission is forwarded to Brian via Web3Forms, the site itself holds no copy. Web3Forms may retain submission data on its servers in accordance with its own policy. Brian keeps any email correspondence the way any business keeps its emails, for as long as it's reasonably useful to stay in touch about your project or potential work together.

Your Choices & Rights

You're always free to decide whether to contact us, and to share as little or as much as you like in your message. If you've emailed Brian and later want to know what information he holds about you, or want him to delete that correspondence, just email [email protected] and ask. We'll do our best to honor reasonable requests.
